sweet feathery caged
under church domes
litanies incense
singing to rain

         memories scars kisses

         unbleeds
         undreams

Night Mare
of silk silence dust
galloping galloping
dancing
on rooftops newspapers clouds

         promises mornings caresses
         on pillows blue with desire

I am she who
after the rain
becomes the absence
