Forever it will last

A short, emotional, poem, that was inspired, by the thought of losing a loved one.

They could never be happier,
They had everything they ever needed,
Love, forever it will last.

The feeling they had waited for, for so long,
A most complicated, irrational feeling,
Themselves, together at last.


So happy they were for a while,
Until Judgement Day came upon them,
So cruel, the fatal blast.

There she lay,
At the hands of a fearful End,
One more kiss, to be the last.

In shock and depression,
He took to the knife,
Forever, his feelings will last.

Until they met again in another world,
Together for eternity,
Now, those feeling have passed.

They could never be happier,
They had everything they ever needed,
Love, forever it will last.
