This is a poem about my cat, Diamond. May he R.I.P. now, but I happen to love this poem. |
| He who sunbathes by the window, Daydreaming all afternoon. The placid look in his clear blue eyes, They come alive at the rise of the moon. Silk in his shiny fur coat, Gold is his loveable heart, Lion is his bravery, The World is how smart— King of all cats he may be, All he requests is a bowl full of food. A comfy place to sleep And simply to be in a happy mood. This cat I speak of is extraordinary, Both his appearance and personality. Together he makes the perfect cat. Diamond is an originality. |
