I Miss My Dad


I miss my Dad
Not because he taught me to fish
And took me fishing
Which he did

I miss my Dad
Not because he was there
For me and gave great advise
Which he did

I miss my Dad
Not because he fed me
And clothed me
Which he did

I miss my Dad
Not because he played cards
And games with me
Which he did

I miss my Dad
Not because he could work
On cars and taught me how.
Which he did

I miss my Dad
Because he’s my Dad
And I love him
