Who am i?

A poem written 3 years ago regarding the feelings i had towards myself.

Look in the mirror
Who is that I see?
A reflection of a stranger
Staring back at me.
I hate the way she whispers
My distant memories
A long forgotten past
Bought back to reality

Look in the mirror
Where am I now?
An aching heart
And a long lost love
Are willing me to cry
I need help
I'm trapped beyond my tears
And I'm dying to escape
Cause I've been in here for years
