It looks like a city; however...

The cicadic clock
Silently sounds
Swarms belch forward
In a cacophony of sound
All plugged into electronic life forces
Caprice covered inhabitants
Vomiting forth raging curses
While a flatulent atmosphere
Covers them in a cocoon of wealth
Disease riddled, cannibalistic
Rise to the top of the money chain
