I feel the cleansing water of the mountain streams,
The tranquility of the lakes through flowing esoteric dreams


I feel the movement and energy of the flames,
Passion, strength, and courage untamed


I feel the earth’s nourishment through my spirit and mind,
My connection to all living things begins to unwind


I feel the clarity and inspiration of the morning breeze,
Like I’m soaring through the air, wings still, with ease


When indoors, even in my own house, I am deprived,
For only in nature I feel truly…
