Blame

I wrote this when my friend backstabbed me a while back.

Blame

Dreams fall and rise,
the days have passed by.
How long have I been here?
How long have I cried?

They've told me the truth;
you’ve told me a lie.
The time has now passed
so please tell me why.

It used to be great;
you used to be nice,
but when everything changed,
you backstabbed me thrice.

This is not my fault,
you have done this yourself.
So don't try to call;
this book has been put on its shelf.
