In the house of unrest
As the coldness creeps
The darkness falls
And the silence weeps

While the child sleeps
As the predator sneaks
The void seeks
Around the corner the evil peeks

Quickly he pounces
Screams in the night
The teeth bite
She puts up a fight

Her innocence lost
Nothing left to say
The light fades away
Darkness again has won the day
