This is one of my first poems about a new love.
Shadows flicker in candle light
You watch a bird take her flight
With you she flies higher than ever before
Because you burn her to the core
A love's flame she feels inside
From it she cannot hide
A touch from you sets fire to her skin
You burn her with hunger from within
Sweat trickles from her breast
From where your tongue just caressed
Passion floods her soul
And love has taken its control
Hands explore her moistened skin
Silent cries say come now in
In the night you two become one
Her heart, soul and body you have now won
Explosions everywhere are felt
You have made her body melt
Your touch brought fire before unseen
For your love and caress she does now careen
You hold her still and show her love once more
Two bodies and souls their love just swore
