BREATHLESS

love at first sight

BREATHLESS

With the soft whisper of the wind
brings a new scent from afar
a sweet smelling scent
making its presence known to all

And with this comes such beauty
that so far is unknown by many
such a lovely given sight
for these tired weary eyes

Then with all but her graceful presence
comes a sound making crowds stop
and as if stopped dead where they stand
freeze to gaze at this wonder

And as though an angel landed
all are left without breath
with no words left to speak
all that is heard is hearts beating
