A definition of me

I was born to be a free spirit, wild as the wind,
Born to find freedom, and for the pain to end.
Like an eagle soaring the sky and spreading its wings,
I continue to dream, refuse to lose everything.

I was born to ride the wind like a fairy of sorts,
Born to know love, not surrounded by remorse.
Wild as the wind as it sweeps me away,
I wasn’t born to live for yesterday.

Born to be as wild as the wind I will forever be,
Always in search of something special, my destiny.
I refuse to shed tears for what might have been.
I was born to be free, born to be as wild as the wind.
