Reflecting on my last relationship.

Every second that went by
reflecting on you,
My heart skipped a beat

To give to me what
you gave to me,
Made me feel life was complete

Until this day
I won't forget,
Special moments shared with you

Misty eyes filled
with tears of joy,
I owe them all to you

Sands of time
brings changes anew,
With feelings not of the same

Confusing thoughts
lead to broken hearts,
Results of the relationship game

Looking back in time
could I change one thing,
In you I'm not too sure

Things happened then
for reasons unknown,
But my love for you was pure
