Key to Heaven

Do you know the Way? I have the Key.

I came to you on Christmas Day
To bring eternal love your way
I left behind My saving grace
I let you touch My tear-streaked face

My Father said He would forgive
And let all His children live
Throughout their days in peace and love
He’d shine down mercy from above

If only they would follow Me
He would give them eternity
But I’m afraid I may have lost
And I have paid the highest cost

I beg you now to understand
Please reach out and take My hand
Leave behind your sinful ways
Give Me your remaining days

I’ll be forever at your side
I will be your lifelong guide
To get to Heaven, trust in Me
I am the Way, I am the Key
