Sonnet about winters snow. |
| Winter's Glow By: Rusty Cason When snowflakes dance they waltz, then pirouette, White dancers on the wind, they're bound to fall. While winters fridgid winds aren't queued as yet, Those frozen ballerinas dance for all. Oh calm the childish mind that sees first snow, As young and fiery hearts must learn to yield; Intimidated not, through ice we go. Our snowmen stand as tributes in the fields. Like winters glistened teeth, the 'cicles hang, Yes, winters white is followed by its ice. While some cannot escape from winter's fangs, We understand that beauty has a price. Like falling snow we dance to winters song, A song we hope wont last for very long. |
