A tribute to time

Told was a tale of a timepiece in transit,
Told by two brothers conversing in rhyme.
The challenge was set by Braddock, the younger.
The response was posted by Geno, in time.

Meg, the mediator, mother of the two,
Would explain the finer points of the battle being fought
To those who knew nothing of the tale being told,
To bring to light the mystery of the cryptic clues sought.

We all know the outcome of this little saga.
We all see the talents of these men and their mother.
But the one who was inspired the most was me.
And I am ever so proud of my mum and each brother.
