The Asylum

We steal through the dark of the night,
In anticipation of a delightful cool fright.
Crawling and slithering across the cold floor,
Passing the nurses station and their big door.

If we get caught the consequences are real,
As cruel and awful as our very last full meal.
All for a puff of a smoke or mind blowing toke,
Now it's time to return lest the ward has awoke.

To  be insane  has some truly  wild great perks,
But you must remember beware of  the quirks!
We sit around and joke about staff after hours,
Even though this makes the nurses very sour.
