When we were together anyway
Now that it's over, will it still be true

We always said that we would stay friends
Always and orever after the end
The end is here and what do you know
You said it all just for show
I'm not even mad that you lied

Why lead me on th think things were okay
Did you think it would better this way
Although you ended our relationship

We could keep our promise and be friends
Maybe things would work out in the end
