Little Tiny Tappy Toes

Little tiny tappy toe was a very pretty girl
she only weighed about an ounce
when she came into this world.

such a tiny baby everyone did say
as in her little baby bed
tiny tappy toe did lay.

when she was only three years old
she weighed about a pound,
and everyone agreed she was the
tiniest girl around.

she sat atop some pillows,
piled high up on a chair,
so everyone could see her beauty.
when tappy toe sat there.

"smile for us litle tappy toe",
the crowds would always say,
so she would grin her
special grin in her tappy toeish way.

little tiny tappytoe was as sweet
as she could be,
but she longed to run and skip and dance,
like the other kids you see.

so one day little tappy toe,
climbed down onto the floor
she took a step and tapped her toe,
and then she tapped some more

tap, tap, tap, tap, went her tiny feet
oh what a lovely sight
the whole crowd watched tiny tappy toe,
as she danced and danced all night.

now little tiny tappy toe is as happy as can be,
tapping every day and night for all the world to see.
