How I feel about my Finace' when he's gone

I lay still, heart pounding fast, breathing heavy, can’t sleep alone
Can you hear me call your name without using a phone?
Toss and turn wondering how you are, will these nights forever last?
Seems like yesterday we had forever now it’s gone so fast
Pretended these nights would never start, yet here they are so real
Where are you now, how do you sleep, how do you feel ?
Try to deny all the anguish flowing through my veins, into my soul
Without you my life’s empty, my hearts not whole………….
I meant it when faithfully yours I’ll be forever I said,
but without you life is empty just like your side of the bed
I’ll be here waiting for your return with a smile and a tear,
For life isn’t life when you’re anywhere but here !!
