Humans as a part of insect life cycle |
| "Tomorrow," said my father. "Tomorrow what?" I asked. "Like you don't know," he said and went to sleep. Next morning I waked up with scream when gigantic, five feet tall cockroach appeared at my bed. I jumped to the corner and gaped at the disgusting creature, praying it was some very vivid nightmare. "Oh dear, you’re late, as always," it said in my mother's voice. Another horrible cockroach appeared; they grabbed me and pulled kicking and screaming to the hall's mirror. "Relax, dear, it will be over soon" said my mother's voice while in the mirror my face slowly peeled off, revealing mandibles and feelers beneath it. We had our old skins for breakfast. 114 words. |
