The greatest weeks I’ve seen.
The Yankees sucked,
The Sox prevailed,
And then came Halloween.

The parties were wild,
Like screaming fans at Fenway.
Can you pass me another brew?
The unlimited funnels
And endless blunts
Are passed around the room

Of cheering fans
And pissed off Cards,
He hit it to the mound.
A lob to 1st
The final out,
You should’ve heard the sound.

The greatest weeks
I’ve ever seen
Were long past overdue.
86 years
Was worth the wait,
I couldn’t fight the tears

Of joy as the
Trophy was raised.
Manny’s the MVP.
We tore it up
New England style
With double-fisted cups.
