Your choice

This is just a little something i wrote after having a long talk with my mother

In this world no one cares
Your on your own
People will backstab you
Even the ones who you believe will always be there

They will kick you when your down
Never give you a hand
They will get what they want
And then they wont give a damn

They will go on with their lives
No matter how much you cry out
No one will come to your rescue
No one will even help you out

In this world it all depends on you
It depends on how strong you are
It depends on what you can or cant do
In the end your the only one who can pull yourself through

Your life is in your hands
Its all up to you
Are you strong enough?
What are you gonna do?

Are you gonna make something of life?
Are you gonna be wise?
Or are you gonna waste it all?
And just sit in the corner and cry?

The decision is yours
And time is passing by fast
A choice needs to be made
Cause life isnt gonna last.
