POEM ABOUT THE NEED TO ESCAPE SOMETIMES.

ESCAPE

How would you feel
If you, heard me say,
I needed to escape
But to where, who can say?

Sometimes the urge
Inside me’s so strong,
To just up and leave
And be, long gone.

Just to keep walking
With no place to go,
Has to be better
Than the place I now know.
