All That Bad

A poem for those who spirits are down.

When the world seems to have turned on you,
You gotta smile and try to make it through
Put on a happy face, Go to your favorite place,
And then life won't seem all that bad.

Just remember that life's not all bad,
Think those good thoughts, don't be sad
Belt out your favorite tune, Sing away the afternoon,
And then life won't seem all that bad.

When something has got you feeling blue
Don't fret, it will pass in time just like the flu
Curl up with a good read, Pay those sad thoughts no such heed
And then life won't seem all that bad.

Life's a thrill ride, racing up and down
Things will happen, but don't you frown
Hang out with your best friend, Act silly; play pretend,
And then life won't seem all that bad.
