poem about the war in iraq and its soilders |
| I sit and listen all around, picture body's hitting the ground. Blood washed away by the constent rain, never forgotten our eternal pain. This is a war not a playground, and death is all that we have found. Soilders dying scared and alone, please god bring them back home. All this war is causing pain, we're set to loose not to gain. Fathers and brothers uncles and son's, all being taught to kill with guns. Blair and Bush said go to war, and we're left asking why what for. This is turning to a war of attrition and staying alive is their new mission. |
