We could always dwell on what has passed
And look for ways to be sad.
Or, we can rediscover happy moments
Where we found joy in things we had.

Of course, you made some mistakes.
Who in this world has not?
It is what we remember from them
That gives us the lessons to be got.

Living on "would have, should have, could have"
Will not make the pain go away.
Reflecting on those lessons learned
Can help us get through the next day.
