Don't spread your claws in hate,
but instead reach that hand out in kindness.
Spread joy - LOVE

Play your soul out on the instrument of love,
and live outside the confines of anger.
Think highly of yourself and others - LAUGH

You're more important than you know.
Don't hurt yourself, don't swim to find the bottom of that pill bottle.
