This is a poem I wrote for a person that doesn't even know who I am.

Your laughter is a melody
Warming my cold heart
Breaking through my tough exterior
Right from the start

With the highest note echoing
And the deepest pitch ringing true
Every time that you speak
I fall harder for you

I love every sound
Every breath that you take
Your beauty is in
The music that you make

Love at first sight
Not more than a myth
But your unadulterated smile
Is worth more than a kiss

When you smile for a camera
It’s a beautiful lie
Most people don’t think so but...
I can see that you want to cry

Songs are from the soul
Let your pain run free
Don’t keep the hurt in
If you have to, give it to me

Scream at me with the voice
That makes my heart soar
Do whatever it takes so
In the end, you’re not sad anymore

Your voice soothes me
Easing my subconcious into sleep
God, every night I pray that
One day you’ll be mine to keep

I love you, my idol
Please, sing your songs for me
Because no matter how much I pray
I know it will never be.
