A love/hate poem

Going on this way has me trapped
I am down in a hole and still falling
In this pit of endless cold
There is only darkness
Shrouded by my hate
Hidden is my love
Burning inside
Under the anger
Under the sadness
Blood boiling and mind-numbing pain
Knuckles through the wall
Blood, sweat, and tears on my cheek
A ruined life
A broken heart
Forever dead
Forever spent
Forever
