Darkness

Just something that came to me when i was being a little emo.

Darkness envelops,
Pitch black before my eyes,
I feel nothing,
I am nothing,
I'm just numb.

Darkness fills me,
I am at its command,
I'm floating in this orb of comfort,
Unaware of the danger of letting it consume me.

I see a light,
A blinding light,
I run to it and it welcomes me,
I only know joy,
The darkness has left me,
I am no longer alone.
