Inspiration from changing out of wet clothes...final product from something much more.
I tasted of the rain water today
It was sweet in its own essence
But to compare it to anything else
It was bitter

I could taste something peculiar
Inside this water from Heaven’s gate
I could taste other’s woes in life
I tasted my own pain

I tasted my years on the mat
I tasted the death of a child
Even though, mine are not yet born
And I cried

I realized soon that this rain
Is more than what it seemed,
Because while this rain was cold
It was warm

I pondered that for a while,
The paradox of the world
And I realized this rain was not from the clouds
But tears from eyes Eternal
