An emotional 55 word short story --1st place round 9 55 word story contest
In her face the lies and betrayal showed. Yet it was a truth that couldn't be denied. It was in her chocolate eyes staring at me. The corners of her mouth. Even the twitch of her nose gave proof. There was no denying it, we were sisters and the daughters of a man who lies.
