10 things I have learned about life after death
1) Death is painful

2) Drugs will always subdue the pain caused by the death of someone close, but no matter what, the pain will still be there after coming down

3) With time each day does get a little better

4) I will never forget my sister, but her death does not have to consume my life and my time, but it will always be okay to hurt and to remember

5) No matter what, if I believe, every thing will be okay

6) After death relationships with the living change, people grow apart, break up, come together, but all relationships will change after death for the best and the worst, it's normal

7) I can always beat myself up for the many reasons I feel guilty, but that will not bring Tamkia back, it's okay to feel guilt, but there's also a time to move away from it, because there's nothing more I could have done with life the way it was and instead of feeling guilt, feel happiness for having known her and shared time with her

8) It is okay to cry

9) People make mistakes, things happen, but what matters most is how I learn from them and am able to make things right in whatever way I can and to keep going, move away from them, do not dwell to much on the past, but look forward to the future

10) Love the people I still have in my life who truly love me back
