This is a short poem about how therapeutic the ocean can be
When I have a problem I go to the shore
It keeps me calm that's all I ask for

I take a stick and write my problem in the sand
It washes a way as the tide splashes the land

My problem doesn't leave with the racing tide
But for a while it gives me a place to run and hide
