I Will Miss You

A poem from my daughter, whose Dad has a short time to live.

I know that you have cancer
I know you have so long to live
But just remember, I will miss you.

I'll miss the days we shared together
I'll miss the the fun that we had
I'll miss the way we laughed together
But just remember, I will miss you.

I will never forget you
For you are my Dad
You are the only one I have ever had
But just remember, I will miss you.

I know that you will always love me
And I'll always love you too
You will always be my only Dad
But just remember, I will miss you.

I hope to see you again
And I'm sure that one day I will
But just remember, Dad, I will always miss you.
