Confused...

This poem of mine is a favorite among my friends...

One minute here,
The next minute not,
When will I understand?
Of these games there are a lot!

One day I love you!
The next day I'm not sure!
Another day I'm certain,
And then I miss you a lot!

I need stability!
I need you here or gone!
You must be by my side,
Or you must carry on!

Over all we have a friendship,
That's what's most true,
Not the love not the life,
The friendship I share with you!

You can be involved,
You can share my life,
But promise,
You will not give me strife!

You can have a girl,
You can give her "you"!
But please...
Have some respect for me too!

Please don't play games,
Just give me a chance!
Or let me move on in life,
With romance... ROMANCE!
