Everything's lost
In the decayed garden
Where the little girl sits
While the hearts harden

She is not alone
As the music flows
From her mouth
And into the darkness it glows

As it passes
The monsters flee
Because hidden in the music
Is the hope they see

Not one dares
To go near the stump
Where the little girl sits
While the monsters bump

So scared is the girl
With nothing but hope
That someday soon
There will be a rope

A rope hanging down
Into the well
That on that unlucky day
Into the darkness she fell
