Hilights the feelings of a child when the wave embraces hm |
WAVES One bright sunny day In the month of May I went to the sandy beach Where people swarmed like leech. Came like a rumbling thunder Embracing me, to my wonder Swift as a wind it swept me in Leaving behind my kith`n’ kin With mighty arms it gave me a hug I felt as though wrapped in a rug Full of motherly affection and love It appeared like a gliding dove Wearing silver-blue gown Ends of which touches deep down Glittered in the midday sun Amazing even the sacred nun As bluish as a cornflower Waves rose upto tower Whirling round and round The folks were left spell bound Splashed against the hard rocks Sleeping were they like logs Foam formed were white as snow Like the scattered beads on the rock Aleena Elizabeth Andrews |
