The way you make me feel

This is the way love is to me...

I was watching tv tonight, and you
were sitting beside me.
You were eating those little candy hearts.
(You know, the ones with the sayings on them.)
You held out your hand and gave me some.
I looked at them and tears filled my eyes.
You picked out the ones that said I Love You, All
Mine, I Do and Always.

That is just something you do that makes me realize
how lucky I am to be loved by you.
Sure there are times when we have our problems.
Who doesn't? But then you do something like that
and I can't remember a time when I didn't love you.

Last night as I was on the computer at stories.com, (of course!)
You walked by me, but you reached out your hand
and ran your fingers through my hair. You know how
to make me forget about everything else but you.
When I married you I know it was
the best decision I have ever made.
