Trapped in a mirror with no way out
Looking on at self with hatred and disgust
Seeing an image with no place in society
Looking on at self without love, with tears

Mourning the loss of inner happiness
Trying hard to get there again
No way out, no way in
Looking at self with disgust and hatred

The more self sees, the more self loathes
The more self loathes, the more self destroys
The more self destroys, the more self hates
Everlasting circle of internal revulsion

Crying for help, but no one hears
Destroying self to help self heal
Looking for divine intervention, but not knowing how
Crying inside, while comedy outside
Showing jubilance, while wilting inside
