I'd Give You The Moon

A poem I wrote during a full moon.

I'd Give You The Moon

I've given you my heart,
But you deserve more.
I'd give you the Earth,
If there wasn't a war.

I've given you my soul,
Complete and unbending.
I'd give you the sky,
If it was unending.

I've given you my body,
I'm yours to command.
I'd give you the ocean,
If I had it at hand.

I'll give you the moon,
and all that's above.
Shining like silver,
It glows with our love.
