Finding peace and moving on...?

I think it's time to say good-bye
to the life I knew before.
It's time to pack away my memories,
time to pass through another door.

So much time has been spent
remembering my laughter and tears...
But even those heartaches from yesterday
will fade in the passing years.

I look back as I move forward,
not quite willing to say good-bye...
To the golden sunsets and silver moons
that shine in my memories of days gone by.
