What does it mean when you dont recognize the person in the mirror?

This reflection surely can’t be me,
So who is this person that I see?
At one point she looked familiar,
But now I can’t tell for sure.
She seems upset,
And full of regret,
And one thing I bet,
She’s not the person she wants to be yet.
She has sad, tired eyes,
Her skin bubbles with lies,
Her smile was once so strong,
And now to smile seems so wrong.
I can feel her pain,
Cause her hearts been slain,
Yet I cant explain,
Why in my mirror, she will remain.
