Abrupt, with obscene language.

Some appear as slow negotiations.
Going on for hours.
Sealing the circle in seconds.

Debates can be heated.
Arguments subtle.
Sometimes in danger.
Of breaking the restriction
To vocal means.

With endless media.
Of communication.
From word of mouth.
To nuclear weapons.
From micrometer-precision.
To large uncertainties.

A play of words.
