Void

The void you can't fill, the void i can't fill; father issues.

I have a void
A space I can’t fill
Can’t put my finger on it but still
I can feel it, or rather what it should be
An empty space, darkness, inside of me
I have a great life
A great life you see
No one is more fortunate than me
But people say I’m smart and I just don’t see
Only someone stupid like me
Could have had an empty space and not see
The reason for this empty space
One word, the last in this poem, but the first for me
Daddy!
