Out My Window

the pain in someone soul that you cant see..

A small tear drop
hits the floor,
with an infinite echo
that stretches across the plain

I turn my head,
for I heard
the distant cry of help
reaching for anything
and everything in its path

Squinting far ahead
I see your soul is wide open
For it has been wounded
right through the center
by your small,
yet everlasting pain

I reach for the love
which hides within,
but it quickly disperses
with a flash of lightening

The warmth for my body
slowly travels towards yours
and begins to heal the wound
deeply inflicted upon you

I lay down for a quick rest,
but continue giving all that I have
that is within me

My lids get heavy
and they begin to close without consent
I turn my head
towards the soul that is in front of me,
warm and tender
loving and soft
I can feel it-
The love lives on forever
and ever.
