You are my reason for sleeping- you play vividly in my dreams.
You are my reason for waking- to see you brightens my day.
You are the one I want to spend my time with- my days and nights.
Your words are music to my ears.
You walked into my life so unexpectedly- now I never want you to leave.

I know my feelings for you go much farther than yours for me.
I can't change yours, nor can I change mine.
I don't know if you know the truth- I wish you did, I wish I could tell you.

The sun shining on my face gives me new hope.
Hope that maybe, just maybe you might someday see me as I see you.
