where am i?

You watch as the world crumbles around you,
After all you've been through.

You don't know where to go from here,
And not a friend is near.

You feel as though you've lost yourself,
You're just a lost book on a bookshelf.

You try to find a place to hide,
You want to be taken out by the tide.

It's like you're being chased by a hound,
You're lost nowhere to be found.
