She watched him walk away
her heart began to burn
He watched her walk away
but didn't say a word
So many years of searching
To find the right one for you
Will love step in and save them
Like it always use to do

Love wont save them this time
she's to numb to feel the pain
she faught tooth and nail
and walked thru hell
just to shelter him from rain

Love wont save them this time
he's just to blind to see
He wont speak her name
it brings him to much pain
His pride just wont let it be

She cries in secret when darkness falls
his love she cant escape
He wants to answer when she calls
but fears it's much to late
Her heart is to numb to fight
His pride wont let him see
His fate is in her hands
She's his destiny

If she can't feel to fight the fight
If he doesnt try to make it right
If they walk away so blind
